We’re looking for a visual & conceptual thinker who has a passion for creative storytelling through design/illustration, and animation. The ideal candidate is excited by creative possibility, while being able to execute high-level creative under pressure, while paying close attention to detail. Most importantly, you are able to see opportunity and excitement in the smallest of tasks, focus on team collaboration, and be a supportive, accountable team player.

• Salary will be based on portfolio experience
• Paid studio closure from approximately Decemeber 22 – January 2 (Approximately 1.5 weeks of additional paid time off)

Responsibilities:

• Working collaboratively with the Boom Crate team, client partners and vendor partners
• Brainstorming and concepting in collaboration with Boom Crate team
• Storyboarding and creative ideation for a wide range of clients and industries
• Illustration, animation and video integration for client campaigns

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in illustration and animation with an advertising agency, design firm, in-house design firm, or marketing agency (video production experience is a plus!)
• Full capabilities in the Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro (3D experience is also a plus!)
• An impressive portfolio showcasing brand elements, cohesive campaigns, and a unique point of view.
