Working as a flight attendant at PSA Airlines requires unmatched dedication to safety, customer service and professionalism. Many people believe that flight attendants simply deliver items to guests. What we discovered is they are so much more than that. PSA flight attendants are safety professionals, working long hours, but who always have a smile on their face. We were honored to get to know these amazing professionals and share the stories that help shape this amazing airline. 


The Process

These professionals have enviable personal experiences and we wanted to showcase that being a flight attendant requires pulling inspiration from the job, but also experiences outside the job. We spent approximately 1 week filming interviews, behind the scenes, training and personal encounters to truly showcase what being a flight attendant means.

The ROI

24 Hours and 24 Thousand Views

When this video was launched, the goal was to share the story of being a flight attendant. What happened was that this video was viewed more than 24 thousand times in the first 24 hours. And has continued to grow in popularity. It also resulted in a tripling of applications to be a flight attendant in the first 3 weeks. We are honored to be a part of the continued growth and success of this amazing airline.
