To truly understand what makes their bread so special, we traveled to Branstrator Farms, where local farmer Jon, plays a key role in DLM’s local grain program. From the way the wheat is grown and milled to the hands that shape each loaf, the journey is about more than just baking… it’s about dedication, tradition, and a love for great food.
