MCADAMHS

MCADAMHS is the Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services Board of Montgomery County. Responsible for the planning, funding, and monitoring of public mental health and addiction treatment services for individuals and families of Montgomery County, Ohio, they take recruiting and talent hiring very seriously. We were tasked with creating an animated video for ADAMHS to use as a recruiting tool for new talent. This video needed to educate potential recruits about the ADAMHS board of Montgomery County, while accurately representing the different personalities and diverse people that make up the organization.

When designing this piece, it was important to represent the diverse perspectives and people that make up the organization, while creating a visual style that felt soft, yet powerful to convey the information. Custom characters helped display the diversity of the organization and the types of unique perspectives the organization is looking for.
